With years of study and practice, Jamie has cultivated a deep understanding of various yoga styles, specializing in chakras, reiki, yin yoga, restorative practices, and kids’ yoga. Her commitment to continuing education ensures that she is always evolving as both a practitioner and a teacher.
Jamie believes in the transformative power of yoga and wellness, integrating these principles into her teaching to help students of all ages find balance and peace in their lives. With a warm and nurturing approach, she aims to create a safe space for exploration and growth on the mat.
